Regarding the Decision No. 335/QD-XPHC of the Inspectorate of the State Securities Commission (SSC) sanctioning administrative violations against Nam Rach Chiec Co., Ltd. recently announced, the representative of the enterprise informed that this decision is related to the use of part of the capital obtained from the private placement of bonds that is not in accordance with the plan announced with the investors in the previous period.

In particular, the content of the sanction is not related to the project’s legality, construction progress, or the interests of customers and residents in Palm City. The issuance of the IRC for the Be Milk Project in Brussels not only represents a major milestone in the project’s development journey but also underscores the growing confidence of European investors in Tay Ninh’s investment environment. With an investment scale of over USD 100 million, the project stands as a tangible example of the positive outcomes generated by the EU–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), further strengthening economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Vietnam and European partners.

Speaking during the conference, Mr. Philippe Phan Van Ho, Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Asia Partner SA, highly valued Tay Ninh’s strategic advantages, particularly its favorable location, continuously improving infrastructure network, and increasingly business-friendly investment environment. He noted that as sustainability becomes a key criterion in global investment decisions, Tay Ninh’s commitment to eco-industrial park development will further enhance its attractiveness to environmentally responsible, technology-driven, and high-value manufacturing projects.

Representatives of Prodezi, Swiss Asia Partner SA, and delegates at the conference.

Earlier, on June 9, 2026, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee officially approved the adjustment of Prodezi Industrial Park’s investment policy toward the Eco-Industrial Park model. This strategic transformation reflects global trends in circular economy development, decarbonization, and ESG integration – factors that are becoming increasingly critical across international supply chains.

The integrated service ecosystem at Prodezi Industrial Park.

Located in Luong Hoa Commune and strategically connected to Ho Chi Minh City, the Southeast Economic Region, the Mekong Delta, and major international trade corridors, Prodezi Industrial Park is well-positioned to attract advanced manufacturing industries, green production facilities, and investment projects with stringent sustainability requirements.

Through the continuous enhancement of infrastructure, investor support services, and industrial symbiosis solutions, Prodezi remains committed to partnering with Tay Ninh Province in attracting high-quality investment flows, fostering sustainable economic development, strengthening regional competitiveness, and reinforcing Vietnam’s role within global value chains.

Prodezi Long An is committed to continuing its partnership with Tay Ninh Province in attracting high-quality investment capital.

Prodezi joins AUSCHAM in exploring new investment opportunities in the Mekong delta

On June 16, Prodezi was honored to welcome a business delegation from Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Auscham), together with Mr. Kayzad Namdarian, Economic Consul of the Australian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, as part of the Mekong Delta Investment Tour 2026 – a program designed to provide international businesses with deeper exposure to emerging investment opportunities across the Mekong Delta region.

As global supply chains continue to evolve, Vietnam is increasingly positioned as a strategic destination for the next generation of international investors. At the same time, expectations surrounding industrial real estate are shifting significantly. Today, businesses are no longer looking solely for a manufacturing location, but for operating environments that can support stable growth, efficient operations and alignment with global development standards.

This is also the challenge Prodezi is addressing through the development of an industrial park based on the principles of industrial symbiosis, where technical infrastructure, environmental solutions and circular economy thinking are embedded from the earliest stages of planning. Alongside this vision, LA Home is being developed as an important component that complements the broader ecosystem, supporting not only industrial operations but also the long-term living needs of professionals and future workforce communities.

We highly value initiatives such as the AusCham Investment Tour, as these programs do more than create access points for international businesses to better understand the Vietnamese market. They also foster meaningful dialogue between the evolving expectations of global investors and the emerging growth potential of regions undergoing significant transformation, such as the Mekong Delta.

At Prodezi, we look forward to continuing our journey alongside the international business community in shaping the next generation of industrial development models for Vietnam.

Palm City enters new development phase with Palm River launch

Nam Rach Chiec Company Limited and Huong Viet Properties have launched Palm River, the latest residential subdivision within the 30.2-hectare Palm City township in Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The launch marks a new development phase for Palm City, a mixed-use township project in eastern Ho Chi Minh City.

Located near Thu Thiem and several major transportation projects, Palm City is situated in an area undergoing significant infrastructure development. The township is connected to key routes including the Ho Chi Minh City–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway and the An Phu Interchange, while future projects such as the Thu Thiem–Long Thanh metro line and Long Thanh International Airport are expected to improve regional connectivity.

Developers have increasingly focused on integrated township projects that combine residential, commercial and community functions as demand grows for larger-scale urban developments.

Palm City spans 30.2 hectares and is planned to include residential areas, retail facilities, schools, healthcare services and community amenities. The development also incorporates riverside landscapes, green spaces and public areas throughout the project.

Prodezi honored as the “Pioneer in Circular Economy” at the TOP 50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2026

Prodezi continues to reinforce its leadership in sustainable industrial development by being honored as the “Pioneer in Circular Economy” at the TOP 50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2026, organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.

This recognition reflects Prodezi’s long-term commitment to sustainable growth and its success in meeting the rigorous evaluation criteria established by a distinguished panel of experts in sustainability, ESG, and corporate governance.

Following the “Pioneer in Waste Reduction” award in 2025, this second consecutive recognition highlights not only the consistency of Prodezi’s sustainability strategy but also its ability to translate commitments into tangible actions from the earliest stages of planning and infrastructure development.

This milestone gains further significance as the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee recently issued Decision No. 10011/QD-UBND, officially approving the transition of Prodezi from a conventional industrial park into an eco-industrial park. The decision provides a strong regulatory foundation for accelerating Prodezi’s vision of developing a circular and symbiotic industrial ecosystem.

Guided by this vision, Prodezi is steadily building an industrial environment where economic growth and environmental stewardship advance together. By optimizing resource utilization, promoting industrial symbiosis, and enhancing operational efficiency, Prodezi aims to support investors in meeting increasingly stringent ESG requirements while advancing their long-term Net-Zero ambitions.

This recognition further strengthens Prodezi’s position as a strategic infrastructure partner committed to delivering future-ready industrial solutions that align with international sustainability standards and contribute to Vietnam’s long-term economic prosperity.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Director of Gateway Hanoi, noted that tenant interest in The West has increased significantly since the metro line became operational. Demand for office space at the development is primarily driven by companies seeking to expand their workspace, relocate their offices, or establish new operations in Hanoi.

CBRE’s 2024 Asia Pacific Office Occupier Survey further highlights the factors shaping leasing decisions across the region. According to the report, rental costs remain a key consideration, with 65% of respondents identifying them as an important factor influencing lease renewal decisions. Meanwhile, approximately half of surveyed occupiers cited cost efficiency and more favorable lease terms as the primary drivers behind relocation decisions. Against this backdrop, The West offers rental rates that are both competitive and attractively positioned relative to other office developments within the area, presenting an appealing option for businesses seeking high-quality Grade A office space in a prime location.

The Hallmark creates a high-end office highlight in Thu Thiem

With many outstanding features in design and construction, along with a convenient location, The Hallmark is set to makes its mark on the market.

The Hallmark office tower is located at the gateway of the 7.6-hectare The Metropole Complex in the new Thu Thiem urban area. The project is invested by Gateway Thu Thiem Joint Stock Company, developed by SonKim Land, and positioned in the A+ office segment the preferred office segment of choice for multinational business office headquarters.

The building is expected to be operational in June this year.

“Green” design mark

From a distance, The Hallmark catches the eye with its “mirror” block design with four upright faces. The building has 30floors above ground, with 27 floors for rentable office space and 3 floors for commercial services.

The investor’s representative said that The Hallmark has received the BCA Green Mark (Gold) green certification from Singapore. The entire exterior of the building is covered with high-quality 30mm thick double-layered SYP glass for insulation, soundproofing and UV protection; inside is equipped with an automatic ventilation system and HEPA medical-grade air filter along with a passive cooling system to help reduce electricity usage of the building which not only leads to a more comfortable working environment but reduced energy costs for both the building owner and the tenants.

Relaxing spaces are artfully arranged in the common areas at the external area at the 1st or ground floor and on the 5th floor there is an outdoor dedicated green space and garden which creates a dynamic, fresh and rejuvenating outdoor area with panoramic views of District 1 and the Saigon River for tenants to take a break, relax and recharge in this fresh and tastefully landscaped green garden space.

Experts say that green office buildings developed according to ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) standards are more likely to attract tenants because most companies and organizations are now looking for these trends to meet their sustainability goals. In addition, designing offices with open spaces, focusing on employee experiences and health is one of the criteria for foreign businesses to choose to promote creative culture and retain talent.

“Receiving environmental impact reduction certifications like The Hallmark has achieved is also very important in creating a difference compared to other buildings in Ho Chi Minh City,” said Mr. Jonathan Flexer – Senior Manager of CBRE Vietnam.

Bringing A+ grade work space

Speaking about the criteria for classifying A, B, C offices, Mr. Jonathan Flexer said that currently in Vietnam there is no unified standard. However, to contribute to transparency in the market and help tenants better understand their location choices, CBRE Vietnam has introduced a system of standards based on market conditions in Vietnam and existing buildings.

Evaluating The Hallmark building, CBRE’s representative said that the advantage of the project is its large floor area (total 68,000 m2) allowing tenants more flexibility in office design. Specifically, each floor of the building ranges from 1,600 to 2,300 m2, with a ceiling height of 2.75m inclusive of a raised floor of 100mm and a column-free design that maximizes natural light, optimizes views, increases productivity and inspires work.

To increase the competitiveness of the building, the investor has applied touchless technology such as the speed gates (turnstiles), elevator control panels (COP) without buttons, door-to-door pick-up and drop-off lobbies, 24/7 security equipment and camera The project is equipped with 20 high-speed Schindler elevators from one of the world’s leading brands, operating with intelligent AI to minimize waiting time.

Notably, The Hallmark is managed by an integrated smart building management system with modern software. Building management and operation services are provided by Savills according to international standards and supervised by Mr. Ryan Lower – Senior Manager of Gateway Thu Thiem investor who has previous local building management experience from managing multiple A-class buildings in Ho Chi Minh City such as Deutsches Haus, Saigon Centre Tower 1 & 2 and Sun Wah Tower.

Benefiting from location

The Hallmark is located on Tran Bach Dang Street – the gateway connecting the urban area with District 1 via Thu Thiem 2 Bridge (Ba Son Bridge). With the advantage of four valuable fronts, the project not only benefits from the future development model of Thu Thiem but also easily connects to the existing CBD (Central Business District) of Ho Chi Minh City making access to 5-Star Hotels and a diverse range of food & beverage options only a quick ride or drive away!

According to the plan, the new Thu Thiem urban area will have the main function of being the city’s new financial, commercial and high-end service center and will be one of the most economically and entertainment focused areas.

Experts from Savills Vietnam say that the new Thu Thiem financial center will become an extension of the traditional downtown area in District 1, similar to the development of Pudong (Shanghai) on the opposite bank of Huangpu River.

In fact, The Hallmark has attracted and is currently attracting interest from diverse business sectors (or groups) such as banks and other multinational companies, proving it’s potential to become a notable player in the new financial center both now and in the future.

In the future, The Hallmark will be centrally located to benefit and access from nearby projects offering A-class offices (about 389,000 m2 of floor space), commercial centers (137,800 m2) and 5-star hotel. Savills Vietnam’s office leasing department assesses that in the context of increasingly scarce office supply in Ho Chi Minh City’s CBD and rising rental prices, new supply from projects located in the new Thu Thiem urban area (such as The Hallmark) will offer many new choices to businesses to relocate their offices.

As Thu Thiem continues to receive a series of infrastructure projects such as a new bridge connecting it with District 7 through the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone. To the east are important roads such as Mai Chi Tho Boulevard and Dong Van Cong Street, connecting Thu Thiem with Vo Chi Cong Street and Cat Lai Port. Inside the peninsula there are also important roads such as Arc Boulevard, Central Lake Road, River Road and Alluvial Road which will be beneficial to companies that lease their new office space at buildings in this area such as The Hallmark.

Floors are currently being handed over to tenants for design and fit out. The Hallmark looks forward to commencing full operations this summer.

Prodezi named among Vietnam’s Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Enterprises 2025

Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company (Prodezi) has officially been honored as an Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Investor & Developer in Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2025 (VOPA 2025), organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine. This distinction also places Prodezi in the Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam for 2025. The award is a recognition of Prodezi’s well-planned investments, long-term strategy, and sustainable vision, with ecological centricity, in both the real estate market in general and the industrial property sector in particular.

Sharing about this new milestone, Mr. Minh Truong, Deputy General Director of Prodezi, said: “This award is a tremendous encouragement, reaffirming Prodezi’s right direction in creating next-generation industrial ecosystems. The journey to realize Prodezi’s eco-centric industrial park model still holds many important milestones ahead. We sincerely thank our partners and investors who have trusted and accompanied us during this journey, and we hope achievements and honors such as this will help attract even more potential clients. I believe that this recognition is not only for Prodezi Long An, but also an incentive for other enterprises to implement sustainable industrial real estate solutions in the coming time, accelerate the green transition of the market, and contribute to enhancing national competitiveness in attracting high-quality FDI.”

In its development strategy, Prodezi focuses on the model of eco-centric industrial parks integrated with urban areas, aiming to create balanced spaces for production, community, and the environment. At the heart of this approach is Prodezi Industrial Park (Luong Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province – formerly Long An) with a scale of 400 hectares. From the outset, the project has been planned in line with eco-industrial standards under Decree 35/2022/NĐ-CP, ensuring a balance between economic growth and environmental protection. On this foundation, Prodezi has proactively set even higher sustainability targets, affirming its pioneering commitment to green industrial development. Specifically, 100% of wastewater is treated to meet standards, with at least 25% recycled; at least 20% of total energy demand is supplied from renewable sources; and green space and water areas make up no less than 25% of the park’s total area. These standards not only ensure compliance with regulations but also position Prodezi ahead of the curve in the trend of green and sustainable industrial development.

To realize these commitments, Prodezi has partnered with leading international firms such as Chitose Group (Japan) and TA Vital. At Prodezi Industrial Park, advanced biotechnology has been applied to treat sludge into organic fertilizer for green agriculture, a breakthrough solution that reduces chemical dependence, conserves resources, and lowers CO₂ emissions.

The treatment system ensures 100% of wastewater meets standards, with efficient reuse.

With its methodical investment, Prodezi Industrial Park offers outstanding competitive advantages for domestic and international investors. Enterprises benefit not only from its strategic location and high-quality infrastructure but also from the commitment to a sustainable investment environment built to international standards. This advantage is reinforced by attractive incentive policies and professional one-stop services, delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and secure investment solution.

In addition, Prodezi is currently developing the adjacent LA Home eco-township, with a total area of 100 hectares. Planned with sustainability as its guiding principle, the project has a construction density of only about 30%, with the remainder reserved for landscaping, waterways, and modern amenities. A highlight of the master plan is a 2.2-hectare central park along with a system of seven natural canals preserved and enhanced as “green lungs” to regulate air quality and create a fresh living environment for each subdivision. The simultaneous development of these two strategic projects reflects Prodezi’s long-term vision of an integrated urban–industrial ecosystem that is modern and sustainable, where economic growth is closely linked with quality of life, providing an ideal environment for professionals, engineers, and workers to live and work in the area.

Speaking about future directions, Truong emphasized: “We will continue to stay true to our goal of building a green-smart-sustainable industrial real estate ecosystem. Prodezi pioneers comprehensive solutions aligned with next-generation FDI attraction strategies and the overall economic development of the nation. We believe this is the inevitable path to creating lasting value for investors, communities, and society.”

The Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2025 is known for its rigorous and comprehensive evaluation process. The judging panel evaluates not only business capacity and project quality but also sustainability commitments (ESG), especially in a challenging market context. Beyond VOPA 2025, Prodezi had earlier been named among the Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises under the Corporate Sustainability Awards (CSA) 2025 by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine and received the “Enterprise for Sustainable Development 2024” award from Dau Tu newspaper. This chain of awards not only affirms Prodezi’s pioneering position in the industrial real estate sector but also reflects the company’s alignment with Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy and efforts to enhance the country’s competitiveness on the international stage.
