On November 10, 2023, the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together leading names in the country’s real estate industry. At the event, The Hallmark, a premium Grade A office tower strategically located at the gateway to Thu Thiem, was honored with the prestigious “Best Office Development” award.

To earn recognition at the VPA, developments and real estate companies must undergo a rigorous evaluation process conducted by an independent panel of industry experts, including professionals in real estate consultancy, architecture, interior design, green building development, and sustainability.
