Huong Viet Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan as Chief Executive Officer of Huong Viet Properties, effective 15 July 2026.
A senior real estate leader with over 16 years of experience in investment, strategic planning, and large-scale project development in Vietnam, Mr. Toan brings comprehensive expertise across the entire real estate value chain – from land acquisition, planning, and legal to finance, construction, and operations.
Prior to joining Huong Viet Properties, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan held several senior leadership positions across major real estate and financial institutions:
- Managing Director, Real Estate Division – Trung Nam Group (2022 – 2026)
- Acting General Director – CFLD (2016 – 2021)
- Director of Strategy – Techcombank (Masterise) (2014 – 2016)
- Director of Research & Consultancy – Savills Vietnam (2010 – 2014)
