Luong Hoa Binh Chanh Boulevard, connecting Luong Hoa Commune with Ho Chi Minh City, has officially opened to traffic, creating new momentum for the urban and industrial developments along the western gateway corridor.
The boulevard was jointly developed by Prodezi Long An and Tandoland with a total investment of approximately VND 1.25 trillion. Stretching nearly 4.5 kilometres with a planned width of 60 metres, the route stretches from Provincial Road 830 to the former Binh Chanh District boundary. Completed after more than two years of construction, the boulevard contributes to the improvement of the region’s transport infrastructure.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Huynh Thien Quan, representative of Prodezi Long An JSC, described that the boulevard is a key piece of infrastructure that significantly reduces travel time between Luong Hoa and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as the country’s largest urban centre. As the regional connectivity is improved, the new route can enhance trade and business activities while driving industrial development and urban expansion

“The project enables the locality to better organise transportation, residential distribution, services, and production activities, thereby improving the quality of urban development and public services,” said Mr. Le Van Loc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Luong Hoa Commune.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh, representative of Tandoland JSC, said the Luong Hoa – Binh Chanh Boulevard not only reduces travel time but also lays the foundation for a new growth hub at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. According to him,the improvement enhances accessibility, attracts residents and businesses, and supports the appreciation of real estate value.

According to data from Batdongsan, apartment prices in the former Ben Luc area averaged around VND 35 million per square metre, while townhouses and villas were priced at approximately VND 40 million per square metre in the first quarter of the year. Compared to Ho Chi Minh City, these prices remain competitive, creating opportunities to support genuine housing demand while offering room for future growth in the western area of the city.
Along the boulevard, a number of urban and industrial developments with a total area of approximately 1,000 hectares are currently under development. Key projects include LA Home Eco-Urban Township (100 ha), Dragon Eden Industrial Township (nearly 150 ha), Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park (400 ha), and Tandoland Industrial Park (250 ha).
According to the developers, the completion of the boulevard will generate synergies for both residents and businesses by strengthening connectivity between these urban and industrial developments and Ho Chi Minh City. The route will also provide easier access to major transport infrastructure, including the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4, and the Vo Van Kiet Boulevard extension.

The new infrastructure is also expected to strengthen the area’s attractiveness for manufacturing and investment. With two industrial parks located along the route, businesses will benefit from shorter transportation times and increased logistics efficiency, while employees will enjoy more convenient travel between their workplaces and residential areas.
The improved connectivity is expected to create a mutually supportive ecosystem. As the industrial parks become operational, demand for housing, commercial services, and supporting amenities is anticipated to rise. Conversely, such well-planned urban developments will help meet the housing needs of experts and workers. According to the leadership of Prodezi Long An, transport infrastructure has become an increasingly important consideration for businesses when selecting investment locations, particularly as the western area continues to emerge as a new destination for industrial investment.
At present, the projects along the boulevard are all under construction, with several infrastructure components and development phases scheduled for handover and operation within this year.
Representatives from both Prodezi Long An and Tandoland expressed their expectation that continued infrastructure development will provide further momentum for the region’s economic and urban growth. Investment in transport infrastructure, urban development, and industrial projects reflect the companies’ commitment to supporting local socio-economic development and contributing to Tay Ninh Province’s target of achieving double-digit growth.
